WARRANTY
Webbsight honours manufacturer warranties wherein the product is deemed to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship. To obtain a Return Authorization number for defective product, contact our Customer Service Department. Requests for RA’s must include an explanation of defect. Product must be returned in the original package and must include a copy of the original invoice with the Return Authorization number.
RETURN POLICY
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and are subject to approval by Webbsight Imaging Peripherals Inc. Customers shall pay a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge on any unwanted Products returned to Webbsight Imaging Peripherals Inc. To obtain a Return Material Authorization number, contact the Customer Service department. Product must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. Product must include a copy of the original invoice with the return Authorization number.

BACK ORDERS
The handling of back order situations can be customized to meet the requirements of each customer.
HANDLING FEE
Orders below $100 will be subject to a $10.00 handling fee plus applicable freight charges.
PREPAID SHIPPING
Freight charges are prepaid for orders above $500. Orders below $500 are subject to shipping charges.
PAYMENT
Payment will be due net thirty (30) days from receipt on approved credit. Where other payment terms are specified on the Order Acknowledgment, payment shall be made in accordance with those terms and conditions. If credit has not been established with Webbsight Imaging Peripherals Inc., Visa or MasterCard are accepted.
